Also: alpha-casein(90-96); casein-alpha-s1(90-96); Alpha-s1-casein(90-96) This fragment of bovine casein-alpha (RYLGYLE) (Loukas et al, 1983) has been shown to inhibit cell proliferation of human prostate cell lines, also by a mechanism partly involving opioid receptors (Kampa et al, 1997).
