[activation antigen-35] [lymphoid activation gene-35] This cell surface glycoprotein was discovered through the production of a monoclonal antibody raised against the HUT-102 cell line. Its expression can be induced on lymphocytes by mitogen stimulation or virus infection (see: TXGP1L).
ACT-35 is a member of the TNF receptor superfamily and is known also as TNF receptor superfamily member 4 (TNFRSF4). Another designation is CD134.
