B16-F1 melanoma autocrine motility factor
This factor was isolated from the B16-F1 melanoma cell line which has a low metastasizing potential (Silletti et al, 1991). The factor enhances the motility of these cells It is identical with AMF (autocrine motility factor) (see also: autocrine). See also: Motogenic cytokines.
