B18 peptide

This peptide, SPRPRHTLRLSL, has been identified by phage display library screening . The peptide binds specifically to the human transferrin receptor TFR1 (CD71) the expression levels of which on malignant cells can be correlated with tumor stage or cancer progression. B18 peptide is a targeting peptide that homes to CD71(+) tumor tissue specifically.
