CRAF-1

[CD40 receptor associated factor-1] CRAF-1 participates in CD40 signaling. The human protein (568 amino acids) is 96 % identical with mouse CRAF-1. The protein has been renamed TRAF3 (Tumor necrosis factor receptor-associated factor-3) and is known also CAP-1, CD40BP, or LAP1.
