Cyclophilin B

abbr. CYPB. This protein is being referred to also as S-cyclophilin [abbr. CYP-S1] in chicken (Caroni et al, 1991). The cDNA has been cloned by Price et al (1991). Cyclophilin B is 64 % identical to cyclophilin A. Cyclophilin B has been identified as a secreted protein in human milk and has been termed SCYLP [secreted cyclophilin-like protein] (Spik G et al, 1991).
