DIO-1

[death inducer-obliterator-1] This protein is encoded by C20orf158 [chromosome 20 open reading frame 158] (databank synonym and previous gene symbol. DIO-1 has been renamed DATF1 [death-associated transcription factor-1]. The approved gene symbol is DIDO1. The cDNA encoding DIO-1 has been identified independently as KIAA0333. A databank synonym is BYE1.
