Zhou C et al (2016) have reported that transcription levels of GPR160 in prostate cancer tissue samples and cell lines, such as PC-3, LNCaP, DU145 and 22Rv1 cells, are significantly higher than those in normal prostate tissue and cells. Knock-down of GPR160 leads to upregulastion of genes involved in apoptosis and chemotaxis
