[interferon regulatory factor-4] this factor has been described independently as LSIRF [lymphocyte-specific interferon response factor] and MUM1 [multiple myeloma oncogene-1]. The protein has been described independently also as ICSAT [Interferon consensus sequence-binding protein for activated T-cells]. In the mouse, the protein has been identified independently as Pip [PU.1 interaction partner].
