LGL-CF
[large granular lymphocyte-derived cytotoxic factor] This biochemically uncharacterized factor is produced by large granular lymphocytes of cancer patients during interaction with autologous tumor cells. The conditioned medium produced by cultures of large granular lymphocytes alone or lysates of these cells do not contain detectable cytolytic activity (Uchida and Klein, 1988; Uchida et al, 1990).
