[NGR peptide]
These peptides are linear or cyclic peptides containing the NGR (Asn-Gly-Arg) sequence with different flanking residues. They have been identified as integrin-binding peptides by in vitro and in vivo screening of phage display libraries (Arap et al, 1998; Koivunen et al, 1993, 1994, 1995; Pasqualini R et al, 1995; for overview see also: Corti et al, 2008).
