PG155 is a protein of 15.5 kDa isolated from cartilage of the shark, Prionace glauca. The protein is a potent inhibitor of angiogenesis in a zebrafish angiogenesis model. PG155 also inhibits migration and tubulogenesis of human umbilical vein endothelial cells in response to VEGF.
