RIP5

[receptor interacting protein-5] RIP5 is a member of a family of Serine Threonine kinases (see also: RIP, RIP2, RIP3, RIP4) that regulate signal transduction processes leading to NF-kappa-B activation. The approved gene symbol is DSTYK [Dual serine/threonine and tyrosine protein kinase]. An alternative designation is RIPK5 [receptor-interacting serine/threonine kinase 5]. The protein has been referred to also as Dusty or DustyPK [Dusty protein kinase]. Dusty is widely expressed in vertebrates ... ... ... ... ... Subscribe to continue reading! ... ...
