Tr antigen

Antibodies against Tr antigen are found in serum and cerebrospinal fluid of patients with paraneoplastic cerebellar degeneration and Hodgkin's disease. These antibodies label Purkinje cells of human and rat cerebellum (Graus et al, 1997, 1998; Bernal et al, 2003). The antigen against which these autoantibodies are directed has been identified as DNER [Delta/notch-like EGF-related receptor] (de Graaff et al, 2012).
