[CC-Chemokine receptor 7] The name proposed for the orphan receptor EBI-1 after identification of its ligand, which is ELC [EBI-1-Ligand Chemokine] (CCL19). The receptor is identical also with blr-2. Other designations are CMKBR7 and CD197.

CCR7 is the receptor for the chemokine ELC (Sullivan et al, 1999; Yoshie et al, 1997). CCR7 has been demonstrated to function also as a high affinity functional receptor for SLC (Yoshida et al, 1998; Campbell et al, 1998; Sullivan et al, 1999). CCL19 and ... ... ... ...
