COPE
The version number (times 1,000) reflects the number of entries.
The acronym COPE originally stood for "Cytokines & Cells Online Pathfinder Encyclopaedia" and when the first version appeared in book form, really was a collection of entries pertaining to cytokines and their many different synonyms. The scope of COPE has enlarged considerablly in the past decade and contents have been organised a bit by topic in MiniCOPE Dictionaries.
