[colony stimulating factor-2 receptor-beta] Also: GM-CSF receptor-beta, CSF2 receptor-beta, CSF2 receptor B. CSF2RB is the approved gene symbol for a subunit of the receptor for GM-CSF that is shared also with other receptors. See: common beta.

Being a component of the receptor for IL3 it is being referred, therefore also as IL3RB [IL3R-beta]. As a component of the receptor for IL5 it is being referred to also as IL5RB [IL5R-beta]. The protein has been identified independently as KH97.
