IL20RA

[interleukin-20 receptor-alpha; IL20R-alpha] This is the approved gene symbol for one subunit of the receptor for IL20. This subunit is being referred to also as IL20R1 [IL20 receptor-1]. The receptor is being referred to also as CRF2-8 [cytokine receptor family 2 member 8]. Another designations for this receptor is ZcytoR7.

The IL20 receptor is a heterodimeric complex of IL20RA and another subunit, termed IL20RB (Blumberg et al, 2001). IL20RA has been shown to be a component also of the IL26 receptor (Sheik et al, 2004).
