Mouse Neucrin (343 amino acids) possesses one cysteine-rich domain in its carboxyl terminal region similar to the two domains found in the secreted Wnt antagonists known as Dickkopf proteins (dickkopf-1, dickkopf-2. dickkopf-3, dickkopf-4).
