Cell types Dictionary

This entry is one of the MiniCOPE Dictionaries within COPE. Most entries provide a brief description of the functions of the different types of cells found in eukaryotic organisms together with a list of cytokines, growth factors, receptors, and other proteins that they express or secrete. If a factor is not listed in the expression profile, it may be that it is expressed but I overlooked it, that it is not expressed, or that it is not covered by a COPE entry. The references have been selected primarily to reflect different phenotypes, subpopulations, and different aspects of gene regulation.
