Molluscum contagiosum Virus MC132 protein

MC132 is a unique protein with no orthologs in other poxviral genomes. It inhibits innate immune responses by acting as an inhibitor of NF-kappa-B in response to virus infection or the activation of pattern recognition receptors by causing the degradation of the p65 subunit (Brady et al, 2015).
