DRAP-27

[Diphtheria toxin receptor associated protein 27 kDa] This 27 kDa membrane protein associates with the Diphtheria toxin receptor in monkey Vero cells. The deduced amino acid sequence derived from the cloned cDNA shows that DRAP-27 is the monkey homolog of the human CD9 antigen. DRAP-27 is recognized by CD9 antibodies (Mitamura et al, 1992).
