a cell culture medium obtained from the conditioned medium of mitogen activated human cord blood mononuclear cells (2000). It has been used to study the involvemeht of cytokines that regulate the proliferation and differentiation of double-positive thymocytes into CD4(+) and CD8(+) single-positive thymocytes. Double-positive thymocytes usually do not proliferate and differentiate into single positive thymocytes in available cell culture media.
